Skrubz came to us with a specific problem: their e-commerce requirements were not being met by their current WordPress website. The website functioned well for content and simple online orders, but it lacked the speed, adaptability, and sophisticated e-commerce tools needed to grow their company. The client desired a professional, efficient online store the fact that would increase conversions and make purchasing easy for users.
We suggested switching from WordPress to Shopify after talking about their objectives. With its secure checkout, improved product administration, and interfaces with contemporary sales and marketing tools, Shopify gave them the e-commerce-first platform they required. We created the new website entirely based on the client’s specifications once they gave their approval.
Development and Migration
Product, content, & customer data were completely migrated from WordPress to the Shopify platform at the start of the project. Our group made sure that no data was lost while ensuring the client and their clients had a smooth transition. We configured categories of merchandise, payment gateways, shipping policies, and inventory management when we first set up the Shopify store.
We then created a brand-new appearance for Skrubz. The objective was straightforward: a modern, clear layout that embodied the brand’s identity and made navigating it a breeze. The consumer experience and the client’s vision guided every design decision. The end effect is a store that seems trustworthy, competent, and user-friendly.
Performance and Outcomes
The speed of the website was one of the most significant enhancements that the client noticed right away. Our design strategy, combined with Shopify’s optimised hosting, led to quicker page loads and more seamless browsing. As a direct result, bounce rates decreased and consumer satisfaction increased.
Beyond the move, expansion is the main goal of our continued collaboration with Skrubz. We oversee their PPC and SEO operations, making sure the new store draws in the proper customers in addition to looking fantastic.
