Client’s Responsibilities

To guarantee the timely delivery of services, clients must offer all required content, resources, and knowledge within 40 days of making the purchase. Delays in providing these resources may cause project delays or termination. Customers are liable for making sure that all content given does not violate any third-party rights.

Confidentiality

MyDigitalPeople is going to make all attempts to ensure the authenticity of customer information. We shall not share any private data provided by the client to third parties unless the customer consents, save when required by law.

Termination of Service

At MyDigitalPeople, it retains the option to cut off services if the client violates the agreement’s conditions or acts in illegal or unethical behaviour. In such circumstances, all outstanding payments will stay due, and the client won’t be eligible for a refund.

Amendments to Terms

MyDigitalPeople may change these policies and conditions from time to time. Any changes are going to be publicised on our website, but the customer must examine these conditions on a recurrent basis. Further use of our services after changes have been made indicates approval of the updated terms.

Changes in Services

If you need to make modifications to the project or services following the first agreement, please contact us within a few days. Adjustments may affect the project’s timeline and price. We will let you know of any necessary changes to the project scope & pricing.

Changes

We retain the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is major, we intend to offer at least 30 days’ notice before new conditions take effect. What constitutes a major change shall be evaluated solely at our discretion.

Use of Client Content

Clients who provide content to MyDigitalPeople grant us authority to use, reproduce, and change their work only for the intent of fulfilling their project. MyDigitalPeople won’t employ client information for any other purpose without their explicit authorisation.
