We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to expand our presence and success on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. The ideal candidate will identify and secure potential projects, build long-term client relationships, and align with the company’s business goals to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:
Create, maintain, and optimise professional profiles on Upwork and Fiverr to attract clients.
Conduct regular audits to ensure profile visibility and relevance.

Lead Generation & Bidding:
Identify suitable projects aligned with the company’s expertise.
Write compelling proposals and submit timely bids to convert leads into clients.
Monitor and analyse bidding strategies to improve success rates.

Client Relationship Management:
Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Establish long-term relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities on freelance platforms.
Suggest and implement innovative strategies to increase success on Upwork and Fiverr.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with designers, developers, or content creators to ensure timely project delivery.

Performance Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs specific to freelance platforms.
Recommend strategies for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience on Upwork and Fiverr in a business development or freelancing role.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong understanding of freelance platform algorithms, profiles, and bidding techniques.
· Ability to write persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
· Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
· Proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM systems, and freelance analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in Upwork and Fiver.
· Knowledge of SEO, web development, graphic design, or other relevant skills to enhance collaboration.
