
Job description:
The HR manager will work closely with the Management to help promote the values of the organization, to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the recruitment process, screen CV’s, arrange and conduct interviews as required.
· Work with management to produce documents including job descriptions, Appointment letters, contracts, etc.
· Update and maintain the HR system.
· Work with payroll company to process monthly payroll.
· Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with the industry
· Maintaining of organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counselling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews,
recommending changes
· Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work
· Maintaining human resource records on daily basis
· Maintaining employee attendance on regular basis
· Manage day to day operations, admin and HR related matters
Job Specification:
· Must be graduated from reputed institution with HR specialization
· Must have knowledge about all HR functions
· Should be good in social media handling
· English conversation
Skills:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Strong verbal and communication skills are compulsory
· Strong decision-making skills
· Strong MS Excel skills required
Abilities:
· Ability to work in complex environment
· Ability to coordinate with all departments of the organization
