We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Growth & Strategy Manager to manage our social media presence, drive organic audience growth, and develop effective strategies to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing innovative strategies to expand our community across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on organic growth.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns and content strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall brand and marketing objectives.
• Suggest and execute innovative growth tactics, including influencer collaborations, community initiatives, and viral content ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts and driving organic growth.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
