We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, as it involves supporting UK-based clients.

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments
• Administer Plesk and DigitalOcean hosting platforms
• Handle DNS, domains, networking, and Cloudflare configurations
• Manage WordPress websites, plugins, and performance optimization
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint
• Provide professional customer support in English
• General IT administration, troubleshooting, and system monitoring
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security policies
• Perform backups, disaster recovery, and server migrations
• Monitor server performance and optimize resources
• Support cloud services and SaaS platforms integration
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and IT asset inventory
• Collaborate with teams for project deployments and update

Requirement:

• Have 05 years of Experience
• Bachelors Degree is Required.
• Have fluent English Communication (Speaking + Listening)
• Must have International client handling experience
• Must be available for Immediate Joining
• Willing to work in UK timing
