My Digital People is looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and manage our in-house marketing department in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running the full marketing operation — from strategy and planning to team management and client communication.

You’ll oversee social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, content creation, and campaign performance tracking — ensuring all marketing activities are well-coordinated, data-driven, and deliver measurable results.

This role requires a confident leader who can manage a busy team, schedule workloads effectively, communicate with clients, and ensure the marketing department operates at a high professional standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Department Management:
· Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing team across all digital functions (social, SEO, PPC, design, and email).
· Allocate daily and weekly tasks, monitor output, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
· Conduct weekly meetings to review progress, campaign performance, and upcoming goals.
· Maintain clear communication and ensure smooth coordination across all marketing activities.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
· Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
· Manage SEO strategies, Google Ads, Facebook and TikTok Ads, and email campaigns.
· Create monthly marketing plans and campaign calendars aligned with business goals.
· Track performance and ensure all campaigns are optimised for maximum ROI.

Client Communication & Reporting:
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
· Prepare and present regular progress updates, campaign results, and improvement strategies.
· Translate client objectives into clear marketing plans and actionable team tasks.

Performance Tracking & Analytics:
· Oversee analytics, dashboards, and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
· Report on key KPIs and campaign outcomes regularly.
· Identify performance trends and recommend new strategies for growth and improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience managing a digital marketing department or team.
· Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing, and analytics tools.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Confident speaking with clients and presenting campaign results.
· Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, SEMrush, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and analytics dashboards.
