We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Scraper & Email Marketing Specialist who can extract, validate, and manage large volumes of contact data using advanced tools and techniques.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience using platforms like Apollo.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, along with a solid understanding of email list segmentation, warm-up processes, and deliverability best practices.

This role combines data extraction, email list management, and marketing automation setup, ensuring that every outreach and campaign runs on clean, verified, and high-quality data.

Key Responsibilities: Data Extraction & Management

· Use tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Scrapy/Python-based scrapers to extract B2B contact data.
· Collect and organize lead information (name, email, company, title, location, etc.) accurately.
· Segment and categorize leads based on industry, location, job title, or campaign objectives.
· Maintain and update CRM databases with verified and validated data.

Data Validation & Cleaning:
· Validate email lists using tools such as NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Debounce, or Bouncer.
· Identify and remove invalid, duplicate, or risky email addresses to maintain high deliverability.
· Conduct periodic audits to ensure data quality and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws.

Email Marketing Support:
· Set up and manage Klaviyo and Mailchimp campaigns for lead nurturing and cold outreach.
· Assist in email warm-up using tools such as Lemwarm, Instantly.ai, or Warmbox.
· Build automation workflows, triggers, and audience segmentation in Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support personalized and data-driven campaigns.

Reporting & Optimization:
· Set up and manage Klaviyo and Mailchimp campaigns for lead nurturing and cold outreach.
· Track metrics like bounce rate, open rate, click-through rate, and sender reputation.
· Provide regular reports on data collection progress and campaign performance.
· Continuously identify new sources and tools for lead generation and validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data scraping, enrichment, or email list management.
· Proficiency in Apollo.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and email warm-up tools.
· Experience with email validation platforms like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or Bouncer.
· Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Hunter.io, Snov.io, or similar.
· Understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, and cold email best practices.
· Strong Excel/Google Sheets data organization skills.
· Basic technical understanding of API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Phantombuster) is a plus.
· Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
· Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and research abilities.

Preferred Experience:
· Prior work in B2B lead generation or email marketing agencies.
· Understanding of data privacy and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
· Experience with email campaign analytics and A/B testing.
· Bonus: Familiarity with Python or browser-based scraping automation.
