We are a UK-based technology-driven organisation committed to digital transformation and smart automation. We’re expanding our capabilities and are looking for a highly motivated AI Automation Engineer to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that automate processes, enhance productivity, and drive innovation across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to automate business workflows.
· Identify automation opportunities and recommend suitable AI/ML technologies.
· Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum ROI.
· Use tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software developers, and operations).
· Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
· Document automation processes and provide technical support when required.
· Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, NLP, computer vision, and RPA.

Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or IT.
· 2–3 years of experience in AI and automation engineering is a mandatory requirement
· Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, along with development mainly related to AI, chatbots, LLMs, RAG systems, and voice agents,
· Experience with automation tools such as Make.com, Zapier & n8n.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
· Must be good with rest api, OAuth and integration of third party tools like prompt engineering, hugging face, voice and chat systems, Lang chain, vector databases
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Strong communication and documentation skills.
